WP Puppet Theatre is partnering with Highland Park Community Association for a Family Puppet Festival Day. Their theme for this year is WATER and the event will feature:

• “Walter the Water Droplet” a micro puppet show

• Puppet making stations

• Information and displays on water stewardship

• Other special guests

Walter the Water Droplet cycles through the water phases of liquid, solid and vapour as well as going through the inside of a cow, freezer, a sewer and more. A micro puppet show, 20 minutes long, with lots of laughs and a lively soundtrack!

Our Family Puppet Festival Day is also part of Empathy Week. Why should we care about water? Let’s explore that question with our special guests who are passionate about water stewardship.

There will be three performances of the puppet show throughout the afternoon.
The show is best suited for children 5 years and older. Babes in arms do not need a ticket. Tickets are $5.00 + GST and Fees.  Pre-purchase is advised, although tickets will be sold at the door if available.   

Before heading into the main hall for puppet fun, be sure to check out WP Puppet Theatre’s Spring Sale in the lobby of puppets, puppetry kits and crafting materials so your family can continue the puppet fun at home! Entry to the yard sale is free.
