Hall Rental Information

We welcome rental enquiries for our facilities. We offer a choice in hall size, a kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, a portable bar, a projector, sound system, and loads of tables and chairs. We are able to offer our venue until 10pm. Please contact hallmanager@hpca.ca for more details. Please let us know:

MAIN HALL

Description: This large, open room has full access to chairs, tables, upgraded kitchen facilities and a spacious lobby.  This space is an excellent venue for events, presentations, exhibitions and installations.  A projector and sound system are available to rent.
Dimensions: 48’x56’, height 9’ sides - 14’ at peak (2700sq ft./251 sq. m) 
186 person capacity
Evening and Weekend Rental Cost: $550.00/day or $55/hr (until 10pm), minimum four-hour rental on weekends
Weekday Rental Cost (8am-4pm): $45/hour or $300 for 8am-4pm
Damage Deposit: $500.00

Sound system rental (optional): $100.00
Projector provided with HDMI or VGA cable (optional): $50.00
Projector and Sound System: $125.00


NORTH HALL

Description: This is an open and bright room with kitchen and main hall access.  Perfect for smaller groups of 60 or less.  Ideal for rehearsals, smaller programs and meetings.
Dimensions: 30’x36’, height 9’ sides -14’ at peak (1200sq ft./111 sq. m) 
60 person capacity
Evening and Weekend Rental Cost: $440.00/day or $44/hr (until 10pm), minimum four-hour rental on weekends
Weekday Rental Cost (8am-4pm): $35/hour or $225 for 8am-4pm
Damage Deposit: $400.00

Sound system rental (optional): $100.00
Projector provided with HDMI or VGA cable (optional): $50.00
Projector and Sound System: $125.00
 


LOWER NORTH HALL

This space is only available Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Not suitable for serving warm food, and only includes preschool/toddler sized furniture.

Description:
 Ideal for meetings and small parties.  This hall includes a small sink in the main area and two washrooms.
Dimension: 30’x36’, height 8’ throughout (930sq ft./86.5 sq. m) 
65 person capacity
Rental Cost: $25/hr
Damage Deposit: $200


OUTSIDE PARK SPACE

Description: Available if you are also booking an indoor hall. The outdoor space is usually only booked in conjunction with an indoor rental. Inquire with hallmanager@hpca.ca about availablity.
Rental Cost: $25/hr
 


FACILITY FEATURES

  • Non commercial kitchen

    • Stainless steel counters

    • 3 sinks plus hand wash station

    • 2 stainless steel stoves, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave and 1 stainless steel cooler

    •  The kitchen is only to be used to reheat / warm pre-prepared food. Cooking is not permitted.

    • Public Events: Any event that is advertised and open to the general public (vs invitation only) is considered by Alberta Health Services to be a Special Event. Organizers must notify AHS Environmental Public Health of any special event, and no home prepared food may be served to the general public. All food Vendors at a Special Event must also notify EPH. Renters are responsible for following all AHS requirements for Special Events outlined at https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/eph/page13999.aspx.

  • 20 rectangle tables (72 inches x 30 inches), 15 round tables (60-inch diameter) plus 300 chairs available to all halls

  • Tots playground plus adjoining large grass area
