Free suicide awareness talk provided by Centre for Suicide Prevention.
Join us to learn more about the myths and facts of suicide, why and who is impacted by such thoughts. You will hear about the best practices for suicide prevention, as well as a 4-step model for beginning a conversation with someone we may be worried about, whether in our workplace, home, or community. This gathering is suitable for anyone interested in learning more about suicide prevention at an introductory level. Free resources and discussion are provided within the session.
