As many of you know, the Calgary Planning Commission was scheduled to hear the application for the redevelopment of the Highland Park Golf Course this past Thursday. Due to a number of factors, including a late submission of technical documentation by the developer, the application was not reviewed. So- this means that the HPGC will be the first item on the agenda of Calgary Planning Commission on Thursday May 5. So- I ask you (again, I know!) to come out on May 5 to Calgary City Hall, Engineering Traditions Room in Old City Hall 1:00pm. Our community presence at Calgary Planning Commission demonstrates that we are engaged in this development- and that individuals in our neighbourhood are opposed to this development.
